M-3 Clean Wiper Description:
 

M-3 is made of 100% wooden fiber non-woven products, product surface is porous and more commonly used in the fields of cleaning precise component surface, low -particle, low ion residue with good cleaning effect and high water saturation.

M-3 Non-woven wipe is one of the most popular wipers, which is comprised of 100% Polyester(Economic type), other compositions 30% Rayon and 70% Polyester(Standard), 100% Rayon(High temp resistant type), 80% Rayon and 20% Polyester(Solvent resistant type) also available for options.

Its normal size is 25x25cm, quarter folded, basic weight 35gsm, also could custom 23x23cm if be required lower cost.

2. Low rate of particle generation with high resistance to organic solvent.

I: spunlace nonwoven fabric:
   55%woodpulp+45%polyester, ideal raw material for all purpose cleaning, cost effective choice.  Polyester means high strength.woodpulp means high absorbency. Can make it plain type,mesh type, white ,blue, light blue ,turquoise etc.
   from 40gsm-80gsm.

II: spunlace nonwoven fabric:
70%woodpulp+30%PP mainly for industrial use;
80%woodpulp+20%PP mainly for household cleaning
PP means high oil absorbency.
Can make it embossed pattern,plain pattern.
White or blue from 40gsm-120gsm

 III: 100% meltblown PP nonwoven fabric:
     Mainly for oil absorbing, not high strength
     Can make it different pattern with white ,blue, yellow, grey, and red etc. from 40gsm-80gsm.

IV: 100% polyster nonwoven fabric:
   Lower cost soltion
   Mainly to make M-3, wet wipes raw material
   Can make it mesh or plain type

V: 100%polyester textile fabric or microfiber:
   Mainly to make cleanroom wiper in class 100 cleanroom circumstance
