Acid Alkali Resistance Abrasion resistant Static Control Mat
1. ESD mat:
The ESD mat is 2mm thick, dual sided, and made of a static dissipative, industrial grade elastomer. The surface has been specially embossed to reduce light glare and prevent parts from slipping.
Double layered & made by ESD material. A workstation pad that withstands high temperatures, soldering iron deformation, solvents, flux, and other harsh chemicals. Does not curl.
Rubber ESD mat is produced by nitrile - butadiene rubber, special prescription and produce technology with best performance of antistatic, moderate hardness and high tensile strength, No smell and good abrasion resistance, oil resistant and elasticity. Apply for the industrial of electronic, textile, printing and dyeing and other place with same or higher request.
2. Environmentally safe & Rohs compliant:
Material is free from lead, arsenic, barium, vinyl monomer, chromium, and other dangerous volatiles. No rubber or chemical smell.
